Here are some basic tips on how to live a healthy lifestyle and live a long healthy life;

1) Avoid Smoking – Did you know that a single puff of a cigarette can generate up to 100 trillion free radicals in your body. Free radicals are unstable molecules in your body that can cause cellular damage. These damaged cell membranes can; (a) expedite the aging process (mental and physical). (b) lead to the onset of various debilitating diseases such as cancer, arthritis, stroke, cardiovascular disease (which can lead to a heart attack), senility and diabetes. So if you want to know how to live a healthy lifestyle, then it is imperative that you stop smoking.

2) Exercise – There are a tremendous amount health benefits to exercise. There are too many benefits to mention here, but here are a few of the health and wellness benefits of starting a regular and consistent exercise routine;

3) Sleep – Research scientist have gone to great lengths and have conducted many research studies to fully understand the benefits of sleep to your health and well being. They have discovered that sleep plays a critical role in immune function, metabolism, learning, memory, and other vital functions, this according to the Division of Sleep Medicine at Harvard Medical School.

4) Healthy Diets and Eating Healthy Foods – Basically you want to eat as many whole foods (unprocessed and unrefined and does not contain added ingredients such as sugar, salt, or fat) and or natural foods (no artificial ingredients or preservatives) and nutrient-rich foods as possible. 

My friend Jack Marcel said that even a serious schedule with a huge workload can not prevent you from being healthy. He runs in the morning and goes to yoga in the evenings. In addition, Jack manages to be successful in business and monitor the health of his family. It's all about priorities, he believes. Never forget about health, even if you are a business tycoon.

GOOD MORNING WORKOUT WITH AT LEAST 1 STATIC STRETCHING MOVEMENT

Third rule for a good workout is to include at least one stretching movement within your routine. It is a stereotype that all meathead are stiff like board. There are also lateral lunges for morning workout which comes with hold at bottom.

GOOD MORNING WORKOUT SHOULD BE SWEET AND SHORT

Good morning workout must be interesting for you so that you find a reason for getting up early and doing it interestingly. It must not be an over doing thing or worse to make you hell tired. It should be a short & sweet exercise which is easy to do and fun to do. It must be less than 15 minutes long. Also your good morning workout should not be loaded with repetitions.

GOOD MORNING WORKOUTS TO FIT AESTHETIC GOALS

This is the 5th rule for good morning workout. If you are a man wanting to target shoulders and quads, you need to focus morning routine. For females desiring to build their butt & chest, there are press, thrust and squat as a good morning workout. For impressive abs, you can do it but you need a will power.
